The April 1997 conference was initiated in a short talk with Nick Thomas during the Goetheanum
Michael Festival in Maastricht, The Netherlands, Octobre 1997. The central question was: What
has projective geometry got to say about space and counterspace, about matter and the etheric.
ln a further preparatory meeting with R. van Romundewe elaborated on this subject; in a kind
of 'free-for-all' conversation we collected a number of questions that felt to be important to
us.
